If an SSID other than the correct one is selected, in [Settings] > [Wi-Fi] please select the correct network.
If the cooperating provider's SSID is not shown on your device's Settings > Wi-Fi screen, then there is no available Wi-Fi signal nearby.

If the Wi-Fi signal symbol is not present in the status bar, it is likely that the selected network is not in range. Please select another network or relocate closer to the signal.
Is there a lot of pedestrian traffic or possibly something obstructing the signal?
Places with less people and no obstructions are preferable for a clear signal.
When you attempt to connect, are you far from the signal or moving around?
Please try to connect in a place with good signal while standing still.
With a lot of people simultaneously connecting, it may become difficult to connect.
Signal may be improved by reconnecting later or by reconnecting in a place with a better signal or less people.
It might be a place with a lot of Wi-Fi signals interfering with each other.
As changing location by a little may improve the ability to make a connection, please test the connection while checking the Wi-Fi signal.
